A U.S.-licensed physician who is licensed in your state reviews your questionnaire and any lab results. If treatment is appropriate, they prescribe it. If it is not, they will tell you why and what to consider instead.

Availability depends on the treatment and your state. You will see it confirmed during your online visit, before you pay for any medication.

Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies and shipped in plain packaging with no branding on the outside.

For testosterone and most longevity plans, yes: a blood panel keeps treatment safe and correctly dosed. Weight-loss, sexual health and hair treatments often do not need labs, and your physician will tell you if yours does.
